Diary Entry #6

IT IS WELL
This picture was taken a few weeks ago in Brevard NC at a very memorable family vacation home.

It’s a place Lauren loved; she looked forward to teaching the girls how to swim, bible studies on the big porch, paddle boarding, leaping off the floating dock and sweet time with family.

Recently there has been some interesting things taking place in the back ground of my videos on fb; flashes of light shooting around the room and for me personally, an overwhelming sense of peace, peace that can only be explained through a living Savior that loves us greatly.
After this picture was taken it was clear that Lauren & Matthew would make themselves known through our Fathers light once again which ended up on one small location on my chest.

Whatever you’re going through, know that God wants your attention more than anything, He doesn’t desire it for anything other than your good. He knows that when our attention is solely on Him, there will be nothing that can hurt us. Lest we forget God knows our future, He knows what’s coming and He cares so much about our trajectory in accordance with our pain. My life died with Lauren and Matthew. It will never be the same again yet God is on the move. He is propelling my daughters and I into a new life. A different life yet a beautiful one. Full of memories of my wife and their mother, my son and there baby brother.

We grow everyday in these uncharted waters and as we navigate the unknown together, we are able to say with full confidence, IT IS WELL. Not because anything about this darkness is well but because HE is so very well; because the paradise Lauren and Matthew get to partake in is so very well.
